These are a few images from a new series 'Junk'. I am obsessed by second hand objects and places like this amaze me. Junk shops, the home of the lost and once loved. Items in limbo, ready to be given a new lease of life.

Meatyard Arts Exhibition - Les Rencontres d'Arles 2009

Here are some pictures from my recent jaunt to the Arles Photo Fest. I was lucky enough to be asked to show some work in the first ever Meatyard Arts exhibition, just off the main square in Arles. Hello and welcome to my new photography blog.

Initially I created this blog to act as an archive for my work. I'm in the middle of updating and redesigning my main website ( www.edwattsphotography.com ), so some work will no longer be shown on the main site. I'm going use this blog to archive completed projects and also post new ongoing projects and ideas. Well that's the plan but who knows what it may turn in to.
